Add Knowledge
Teach your agent about your business by adding your website and other knowledge sources it can answer from.
Knowledge sources are the content your agent answers from. The quickest way to start is with your website.
Add your website
Scan your site
Enter your Website URL, for example yourcompany.com, and select Scan website. Chatvox looks for pages to learn from and picks up your brand color and logo.
Choose pages
Chatvox lists the pages it found. Check the ones your agent should learn from, or use Select all and Clear all.
Continue
Select Continue. Chatvox processes the pages in the background.
