Leads and Contacts Overview
The difference between leads and contacts in Chatvox, and how each one is created from your agent's conversations.
Chatvox keeps two kinds of customer records for each agent: leads and contacts.

A lead captured from an identified customer is linked to their contact, so you can see it on the contact’s page.
