Integrations Overview
Connect Chatvox to other tools your team uses, so your agent's actions can work with them.
Integrations connect your agent to other services. An integration handles the connection; what the agent does with it is set up as an action.
For example, connecting Slack lets you add the Slack Notification action, which posts messages to your channels.
Available integrations
| Integration | Used by |
|---|---|
| Slack | Slack Notification action |
| Salesforce | Salesforce: Add Lead and Salesforce: Create Ticket actions |
To connect Chatvox to other tools, use webhooks and the REST API, or Zapier, Make, and n8n.
Manage integrations
Integrations are connected per agent. In your agent, go to Build > Integrations.
- Connect: start connecting a service.
- Connected: the integration is working.
- Reconnect: shown when the saved connection can’t be used anymore. Reconnect so its actions can run again.
- Disconnect: remove the connection. Actions that use it stop working until you connect again.
If you see Upgrade required, integrations aren’t included in your plan. See Plans and Pricing.
