This allowance applies separately to each agent. Your team’s agents do not share slots. See how widgets use the allowance.
Knowledge storage is measured in characters of text. For a sense of scale, 400K characters is roughly 200 pages of text.
Free plan
The Free plan lets you build and test an agent. Keep in mind:
- No credit card is needed to start.
- It includes 50 credits a month.
- It doesn’t include Actions & Widgets, WhatsApp, integrations, or human handoff.
- Agents are deleted after 14 days of inactivity. Upgrade to keep an agent you’re not actively using.
Add-ons
Paid plans can add:

Billing
Plans are billed monthly. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
