Usage and Limits
Check your plan limits for agents, team members, knowledge storage, and Actions & Widgets, and see what happens when you reach them.
Each plan has limits. See Plans and Pricing for the numbers on each plan.
| Limit | Where to check | What happens when you reach it |
|---|---|---|
| Credits | Plans in the main sidebar | Agents stop replying until you add credits or they reset. See Understanding Credits. |
| Active agents | Plans in the main sidebar | New Agent shows Agent limit reached. Add extra agent capacity or upgrade. |
| Team members | Team Settings | You can’t invite more people. Upgrade to add members. |
| Knowledge storage | Agent Knowledge | New uploads and sources are rejected. Remove sources or upgrade. |
| Actions & Widgets per agent | Agent Build > Actions or Widgets | Both pages show the same used and allowed count. At capacity, free a slot or upgrade before enabling another counted capability. See how widgets use slots. |
| AI models | Agent Settings | Higher-plan models are marked in the model picker, with an Upgrade link. |
| Features | Wherever the feature is | Features not in your plan show Upgrade. |
Checking your usage
Select Plans at the bottom of the main sidebar to open Plans & billing. The Current plan and usage panel shows:
- Credits available: monthly credits used, when they reset, and any purchased credits.
- Active agents: agents in use out of your limit, including add-on slots.
- Actions & Widgets per agent: open an agent’s Build > Actions or Widgets page. Both pages show the same count for that agent.
When you reach the allowance
Actions and independently triggerable widgets share one allowance for each agent. At capacity, you can save a new Custom API action as a disabled draft and enable it after a slot opens. You can also save a widget without its own When to show condition; it uses no standalone slot. See Configuring Actions and Widgets.
After a downgrade, configurations remain saved and enabled. The oldest counted capabilities keep running; those beyond the new allowance show Not running. A widget marked Not running on its own can still appear through an enabled, entitled Custom API action. See Managing Subscriptions.
Per-agent limits
You can also set your own limits on each agent:
- Credits limit: cap an agent’s credit use each billing cycle. See Agent Settings.
- Rate limit: cap how many messages one device can send. See Agent Security.
Free plan inactivity
On the Free plan, agents with no activity for 14 days are deleted. Upgrade to any paid plan to keep them.
