Quick Start
Go from sign-up to a live AI agent on your website in a few minutes. Create a team, train an agent, and publish it.
When you sign up, Chatvox walks you through creating your team and your first agent.
Create your team
Enter a Team name, such as your company name. You can change it anytime. You become the team’s Owner.
Invite your team
Add teammates by email and choose a role for each one. This step is optional: select Skip for now to invite people later.
Add your website
Enter your Website URL and select Scan website. Chatvox finds pages on your site to learn from and picks up your brand color and logo. Choose the pages you want, then select Continue.
Define your agent
Give your agent a Name and write its Instructions: how it should behave and what it should focus on. You can start from a template.
Style your chat
Upload a Chat logo and set your Primary color and Secondary color. The preview shows how visitors will see the chat.
Launch your agent
Pick a plan to publish your agent and start taking conversations.
Add the agent to your website
Publishing turns on the web widget. To show it on your site, copy the embed code from Deploy → Web Widget and paste it into your website’s HTML. On WordPress, you can use the Chatvox plugin instead. See Web Widget installation for details.
