Appearance

Match the web widget to your brand with your colors, position on the page, launcher button, and typing indicator.

Open your agent, go to Deploy → Web Widget, and select the Appearance tab. A preview shows your changes as you make them.

Colors

  • Primary color: the main color of the widget, used for the header and launcher button.
  • Secondary color: the accent color used alongside it.

Enter a hex value such as #1D4ED8, or use the color picker.

Widget position

Choose Bottom right or Bottom left for where the widget sits on the page.

Launcher

The launcher is the button visitors click to open the widget.

  • Default icon: a chat icon in your primary color.
  • Custom image: your own image. Use a PNG, WebP, or JPG file up to 250 KB.

Typing indicator

Shows an animation while the agent is writing its reply. Turn it off if you prefer a simpler look.
