title: "Integrations Overview"
description: "Connect Chatvox to other tools your team uses, so your agent's actions can work with them."
---

:::note[Plan]
Available on the **Starter** plan and above.
:::

**Integrations** connect your agent to other services. An integration handles the connection; what the agent does with it is set up as an [action](/docs/actions).

For example, connecting **Slack** lets you add the [Slack Notification](/docs/actions/slack-notifications) action, which posts messages to your channels.

## Available integrations

| Integration | Used by |
| --- | --- |
| [Slack](/docs/integrations/slack/connecting-slack) | [Slack Notification](/docs/actions/slack-notifications) action |
| [Salesforce](/docs/integrations/salesforce/connecting-salesforce) | [Salesforce: Add Lead](/docs/integrations/salesforce/add-leads) and [Salesforce: Create Ticket](/docs/integrations/salesforce/create-tickets) actions |

To connect Chatvox to other tools, use [webhooks and the REST API](/docs/developers), or [Zapier, Make, and n8n](/docs/developers/zapier-make-n8n).

## Manage integrations

Integrations are connected per agent. In your agent, go to **Build** > **Integrations**.

- **Connect**: start connecting a service.
- **Connected**: the integration is working.
- **Reconnect**: shown when the saved connection can't be used anymore. Reconnect so its actions can run again.
- **Disconnect**: remove the connection. Actions that use it stop working until you connect again.

If you see **Upgrade required**, integrations aren't included in your plan. See [Plans and Pricing](/docs/billing/plans-and-pricing).

## Integration status

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Connected** | Working normally. |
| **Paused** | Temporarily not in use. |
| **Error** | The connection stopped working. Select **Reconnect**. |
| **Disconnected** | Not connected. |
