Knowledge sources are the content your agent answers from. The quickest way to start is with your website.

## Add your website

1. **Scan your site**

    Enter your **Website URL**, for example `yourcompany.com`, and select **Scan website**. Chatvox looks for pages to learn from and picks up your brand color and logo.

2. **Choose pages**

    Chatvox lists the pages it found. Check the ones your agent should learn from, or use **Select all** and **Clear all**.

3. **Continue**

    Select **Continue**. Chatvox processes the pages in the background.

Processing happens in the background. A source is used in answers only once it has finished processing. See [Managing Knowledge Sources](/docs/knowledge/managing-sources) to check its status.
