Chatvox has four plans. Your plan belongs to your [team](/docs/account-and-teams/team-management), so everyone on the team shares it. Prices are in US dollars. See [chatvox.co/pricing](https://chatvox.co/pricing) for the latest.

This allowance applies separately to each agent. Your team's agents do not share slots. See [how widgets use the allowance](/docs/widgets#how-widgets-use-the-allowance).

Knowledge storage is measured in characters of text. For a sense of scale, 400K characters is roughly 200 pages of text.

## Free plan

The Free plan lets you build and test an agent. Keep in mind:

- No credit card is needed to start.
- It includes 50 credits a month.
- It doesn't include Actions & Widgets, WhatsApp, integrations, or human handoff.
- **Agents are deleted after 14 days of inactivity.** Upgrade to keep an agent you're not actively using.

## Add-ons

Paid plans can add:

| **Extra agent capacity** | $29/month per agent | One more active agent than your plan includes, without upgrading. |
| **Credit pack** | $15 per 5,000 credits | A one-time purchase of extra credits. Buy as many as you need. See [Additional Credits](/docs/billing/additional-credits). |
| **White label** | $29/month per team | Removes "Powered by Chatvox" from your web widget and Public Chat. |

## Billing

Plans are billed monthly. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
