If your team needs more credits than your plan includes, buy a **credit pack**: a one-time purchase of **5,000 credits for $15**. Buy as many packs as you need. Credit packs are available on paid plans.

## Buy a credit pack

1. **Open Plans & billing**

    Select **Plans** at the bottom of the main sidebar.

2. **Choose a credit pack**

    In the **Add-ons** panel, select **Credit pack**.

3. **Pay with Stripe**

    Confirm the purchase. You're redirected to Stripe Checkout to pay.

The credits are added to your balance once payment completes, and you get a **Credit pack purchased** email.

## How purchased credits are used

- They're used **after** your monthly credits run out. See [Credit buckets](/docs/billing/understanding-credits#credit-buckets).
- They **roll over and never expire**, and they're kept when your plan changes.
- **Plans & billing** shows your purchased credits next to your monthly credits.

## Credit pack or upgrade?

| Run out most months | [Upgrade your plan](/docs/billing/managing-subscriptions). Higher plans include many more monthly credits. |

Only team Owners and Admins can buy credits.
